I had my first pool designed and installed by Chris and Michelle in 2022/2023. From start to finish they have been professional , knowledgeable, and available to answer questions, change things around, and brainstorm! Trying to be the money-saving homeowner, I attempted to replace my pool pump as I had one before, except this time, I failed (on many levels, I might add). Called Michelle & Chris @ Orca Pools and Chris was like "Pool Pump Jesus" and got my pump up and running (even though it was the wrong one, sigh). He found some other small deficiencies and helped correct them instantly. Very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it seems like my new pump's days may be limited (at no fault but my own), yet...buys me a little time until I need to call him back to do it right the next time. Highly recommend!

We were new pool owners and everyone at Orca Pools was very patient with us.Any question or concern was address quickly and professionally.From the people who service the pool weekly to Michelle and Chris who always has an answer or a solution.Our pool is always crystal clear and the equipment is always maintained.The weekly pool service is prompt and meticulous.UPDATEWe have now used Orca Pools for 8 years. The service is beyond fabulous. The consistency of service and communication knowledgeable and professional. I can call or email Michelle and my questions are always answered. Chris is easy to talk to about pool equipment issues, which have not been many thanks to their pool technicians’ diligence.

Our pool was a disaster with mold growing everywhere, and so green, you could've see the bottom of the pool. Called around everyone was high priced and offered very little. Orca came out; they drained, cleaned & scrubbed down the pool. Then refilled it with clean water and chemically balanced and treated the pool. It took 3 visits (3 days) to restore our pool to perfection.We are so pleased with ORCA POOLS and the quality of their work. KUDOS 👏 🌹

We have used Orca Pools for several years for maintenance on my above the ground pool equipment to now our inground pool. They come on the same day every week and when they complete the service I immediately have a report on the pool maintenance completed that day. Highly recommend Orca Pools for control work Chris did on our pool, the original controls were not done well at all. He gave us an estimate and Michelle worked with us to refine our wants/desires. On the scheduled day Chris arrived on time and installed the controls and explained to us all the details we could absorb in one appointment. The controls work perfectly and are user friendly. We may be switching to Orca for our weekly servicing as well as I understand they are very thorough, our current service is not thorough and only interested in getting in and out to meet their daily quota of 10-15 pools.
